Services provided by Blitz Industries, Inc. may include, through BlitzLaunch™:
- BlitzSite™ — a high-converting website built for your business
- BlitzPage™ — a high-converting landing page built for focused campaigns or offers
- Missed call text-back system to recover leads automatically
- Lead capture forms and a tracking dashboard
- Automated Day 1, 3, and 7 follow-up sequences
- Automated SMS and email follow-up sequences
- Simple online booking system
- Onboarding, setup support, and ongoing optimization
SMS & Messaging Terms (A2P Compliance)
Blitz Industries, Inc. (operating as BlitzLaunch™) operates automated messaging systems that send SMS communications on behalf of businesses using our platform. By using our services, you agree to the following messaging terms.
- You are responsible for obtaining proper consent from your contacts before sending them SMS messages through our platform
- Our system may send appointment reminders, lead follow-ups, missed call text-backs, and promotional messages on your behalf
- You must honor all STOP opt-out requests immediately and ensure our system is configured to do so
- You may not use our platform to send spam, unsolicited messages, or messages that violate any applicable law or regulation
- Message and data rates may apply to recipients of SMS messages sent through our platform
- Blitz Industries, Inc. is not responsible for carrier filtering, message delivery failures, or delays outside our direct control
Payment Terms
Setup Fee
A one-time setup fee covers the buildout, configuration, and launch of your complete system through BlitzLaunch™. This fee is due before work begins.
Monthly Subscription
A monthly fee keeps your system running, optimized, and fully supported. Payment is required each billing cycle to maintain active service.
Refund Policy
Because our work begins immediately upon payment, we do not offer refunds once the setup process has started. If you have concerns before getting started, please contact us — we're glad to answer any questions upfront.
No Guarantees
Blitz Industries, Inc. provides tools and systems, through BlitzLaunch™, built to improve lead capture, response times, and follow-up. While our system is designed to meaningfully improve conversion, we cannot guarantee specific revenue outcomes or results. Business results depend on many factors, including lead volume, market conditions, and how your team engages with incoming leads.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate business information during onboarding
- Respond to leads in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain your business operations and ensure availability
- Keep your billing information current to avoid service interruptions
- Ensure compliance with SMS, TCPA, and A2P messaging regulations when using our automated messaging features
Acceptable Use
You agree to use services provided by Blitz Industries, Inc. only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these terms. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:
- Sending spam or unsolicited messages to individuals who have not consented to receive them
- Using our platform for any unlawful, deceptive, or fraudulent purpose
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing any person through our messaging or communication tools
- Violating any applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation
Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.
Cancellation
Blitz Industries, Inc. requires a 4-month minimum commitment to ensure your system is fully built and performing. After the initial period, you may cancel at any time with no penalties. Once cancelled, your service will remain active through the end of your current billing period, after which your system will be deactivated.
Intellectual Property
BlitzLaunch™ System
The BlitzLaunch™ framework, automation workflows, templates, and underlying systems remain the intellectual property of Blitz Industries, Inc. These are licensed to you for use during your active subscription.
Your Content
Any content you provide — including your business name, logo, photos, and copy — remains entirely yours. We will never use your content for any purpose outside of building and running your system.
Limitation of Liability
Blitz Industries, Inc. is not liable for lost revenue, missed business opportunities, or any other business outcomes resulting from the use or non-use of our services. Our systems are tools — their effectiveness depends in part on how they are used. We are not responsible for carrier filtering, message delivery failures, or delays caused by third-party telecommunications providers. We are committed to supporting your success, but cannot be held responsible for outcomes outside our direct control.
Demonstration & Example Sites
Blitz Industries, Inc. may create and publish demonstration or example websites to showcase the capabilities of its products, including BlitzLaunch™ and BlitzPage™. These sites are illustrative only.
- Demonstration sites do not represent real businesses or active commercial operations
- Any messaging, follow-up, or automation shown on demo sites is simulated for illustrative purposes only
- Interactions with demonstration sites may simulate lead capture, SMS follow-up, or booking flows as part of showcasing system functionality
Modifications to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time as our services evolve. When we do, the updated version will be published on this page with a new date. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
